L'Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa St. Brelade, St. Brelade

The hotel boasts a great potential for a lovely stay with its beautiful location and tasty dining options. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor service, especially regarding our room situation, which felt far from ideal. While the rooms offered some nice views, the overall service left a lot to be desired, and it would benefit from a more customer-focused approach.

I had an amazing experience during my birthday getaway! The hotel staff was incredible, making every moment special, especially in the restaurant where the food was fantastic. The only downside was that our room's bathroom could use some updates, but the overall beauty of the space and the sea views made up for it. I genuinely can't wait to return and create more memories here.

We were excited to stay on the beautiful island of Jersey, but our experience at this hotel was quite mixed. While the location is stunning and features many excellent amenities, the service we received left much to be desired.
