ocean view peaceful atmosphere fresh pastries
I found the ocean view from my room amazing. It was picture-perfect every morning. The on-site spa was fantastic, with a range of treatments and a peaceful atmosphere I really enjoyed. Breakfast each day had a wide selection. I especially appreciated the fresh pastries and fruit.
I noticed that the gym equipment is a bit outdated.

Awesome Beachfront Hotel Experience!

I loved how close the hotel was to the beach. I could just walk right out. The staff was mega friendly and helpful. My room had a balcony facing the ocean and the view was really great! I enjoyed the provided breakfast selection every morning too.

Wonderful Stay at the Bay
friendly staff great breakfast beach towels
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great, I found many options to choose. I used the complimentary vouchers for the sun beds on the beach, towels also provided. I would like to return soon, it was nice.
The hotel did not inform us about the children's menu upfront. We only learned about it after asking specifically. More transparency would improve our planning and experience.

My room had lovely sea views, I could watch the waves. The bedroom was spacious, it was also very clean. I found two soft pillows on the bed.

Breakfast served every morning between 7.30am and 10am, which worked great for me. The breakfast had excellent service. The staff was friendly, they helped me select what I wanted.

car park view no upgrade
Breakfast was really good each morning, especially the cooked food. The hotel is also right on the beach.
I was a little disappointed with our room (we had a classic double room). It faced inland and offered a view of the car park. I thought the page should have mentioned the inland view. Plus, there was no space available to upgrade us.

missed items moldy toast
the location was good enough (i mean, it's near the beach).
i had issues with the room service. they repeatedly missed items from my orders, like hot breakfasts and pastries. one morning, they even sent moldy toast and only said, 'sorry about that'.
